Olympus f1.0 lenses

A bit of gossip. Patents aren't usually something to get too excited about but these look the business. If they come to fruition Olympus will have quite a stable of lenses.

We could have had a 25mm f/1 if Olympus had reworked the 45mm f/1.8 as a 25mm.

As it is there's a selection of f/0.95 manual focus primes out there.

Don't really see the point in these TBH. For me, a nice rectilinear UWA prime at f2.8 or f4 that's not too big or pricey would be much more interesting - something in the 7-9, range.
