Greenwich Riverside Walk

After messing around with panos up at the obsevatory I walked down through the park and along the Thames.

Outside the Observatory

The Old Navel College, now the University of Greenwich

A rather camp looking Nelson

Trinity Almshouse

Cutty Sark Inn(must go back one evening)

Overgrown and borded in Thames path

Unusual find in an estate

Thames painter

The painter was not facing what he was painting but was at 90 degrees to it.I can only assume it was due to the wind.

All in all a recommended walk.

Re: Greenwich Riverside Walk

Nice set of shots

I do like the painters pram - almost worth some shots on it's own. And what a great way to carry equipment.

Yes, I must get one for carting my camera stuff around our ponds

Great set of shots depiting both aspects of the area.

My elder son lives down that way, and he took us to Greenwich last December, on the bus. Through some rather scary looking areas, although the native were friendly enough.
