Re: DxOMark add E-410 sensor quality data

Forgive me, but I have I missed something ?

My basic question is - this is techincally interesting, but what practical use is this at this point?

The camera has been superceded for quite some time now so its not going to be a decider for new purchases. People who have the camera and like it will be very happy, and those who don't will probably have moved on by now.

Regards
Andy

I think it's interesting from a comparative point of view. They are building a database that will eventually serve as a record of the progress of digital camera development over the years.

Re: DxOMark add E-410 sensor quality data

Of course, this is from the same company that's never bothered to add Olympus to its list of supported marques for its main product... apart from a "bridge" camera, that is.

Forgive me for thinking their view may just be a little biased, or, in fact, irrelevant.
