Alternative Uses For A Selfie Stick

Available for a little as a fiver, and with a head which at least tilts, I can see a use, by photographers who can't bend down or kneel down easily, for low-level close-ups.

I am sure other ideas will be suggested.

I use my monopod for that, works quite well too.

Could use one to video inspect low gutters for blockages.

Re: Alternative Uses For A Selfie Stick

A friend has a camera, for use on a small RC drone, which is about the size of a typical m4/3 camera battery. I see potential for some boroscope-like application, e.g. inside hollow trees, or just penetrating foliage. Less-extreme examples could use a conventional camera with a remote release. Even just shooting round corners/trees for shots of nervous wildlife. (Selfie stick or monopod).
