Nice, but if you're forced to use that brand you would have to scratch it off (unless you put 'Oly' before it). I hate to have to buy an Oly hood after the fact & that's why JJC gets my business.

That was the nice thing about screw on lens hoods and small, independent camera shops. They usually had a drawer or three of secondhand lens hoods you could rummage through. I've got spare hoods for most of my OM primes.

I do hope Olympus picks up on threads like this.
As far as I can tell these comments regarding the mean spirited approach to hoods and pouches are pretty universal.
It's a shame because all other aspects of what is currently on offer from Oly has to be said is excellent.
