Re: Two Cellphone Images by the River

Beaten to it. We had rain (and hail).
Nice to see some green in the trees down under Mark.

Re: Two Cellphone Images by the River

Beag', yep, the weather is unpredictable, even the wattle thinks its spring already and has begun to bloom.

OM, our trees are mainly eucalypts that remain evergreen, rain or drought.

Larry, it must be a welcome change after your Holland holiday! when do we see some pics of the Zuider Zee?

Andy, I'd like to visit Wales, the land of Dylan Thomas and Richard Burton - ever since having read, listened to, and watched the movie, Under Milkwood.

Re: Two Cellphone Images by the River

Mark, the old Zuider Zee has been mostly reclaimed and what was left was cut off from the sea and has now become freshwater lakes called the IJsselmeer and the Markemeer. - Well, at least that's my take on it. Spending most of my time in Amsterdam, with side trips to Utrecht and Broek in Waterland, I didn't get to see the IJsselmeer. So no photos of that.

As an aside, on this trip, I took only one camera with me. - The Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mk II with Zuiko 12-100mm f/4 IS PRO lens. I also took the PL 100-400mm lens with me, but it wasn't really used much. I'll look over my photos and see if there are any worth posting.
