Re: My free HLD-7 has arrived

DPD has just delivered a second set of HLD-7/MMF-3 to me. I've phoned Olympus Support and I'm now waiting for them to confirm the collection arrangements for it's return.

Ian(sky) Stay patient, once all today's batch has gone back you may receive a lorryload of the things.

Re: My free HLD-7 has arrived

if they have all these MMF-3s going spare maybe they will send me one (apparently my EM-5 didn't qualify as an E series body, even though that's how its described in the Olympus sales literature )

Re: My free HLD-7 has arrived

I now have a second set - DPD left it with a neighbour while I was away last week.

Time to email Oly I suppose - or maybe just pass it on to someone local who hasn't got theirs yet.....

Ciao ... John

Re: My free HLD-7 has arrived

DPD delivered my second set during the week so I will be emailing Olympus to let them know of their error. This must be costing them a fair whack in courier fees and it must be doubly frustrating to those people who are still awaiting theirs

Cheers,

JohnGG

Re: My free HLD-7 has arrived

A second set arrived and I have emailed Olympus to return them.

Perhaps their QA procedures won't allow them to be restocked and there might be a clutch of grips and adapters sold as refurbs, or worse they will just kick about somewhere bookshee
