Exif Viewer

If anyone is using the Chrome browser there is a a little nifty exif viewer extension. If there is exif info embedded putting your curser on the image bring it up like this..works very well and is unobtrusive.

Re: Exif Viewer

That's a nice little find there, Paul which I am sure will be useful for those who use it.

I haven't really taken a good look at Chrome as of yet, should I?

Re: Exif Viewer

Unfortunately I use Safari.

But on an aside; how do I view exif data on a photo I post on here or someone else's please? Sorry if this is obvious but I can see it in Lightroom however I don't know how to find it here.

I notice on Paul's example it also shows the programmes he used to make any edits, or at least I assume that's why it shows Photoshop and Lightroom.....does that always show up in exif data?

Re: Exif Viewer

Hi Anne

Try 'Exif Anywhere' - it's a Safari plug in / add on type thing! Seems to have good reviews.

Re: Exif Viewer

I use Exif Viewer 2.00 for the Firefox browser on my iMac running OS X Mavericks, which does the same thing. You just right click on the image in a post and select View Image EXIF Data. It works well for me.
