Bedfordshire farewell

Alas, our time in Bedfordshire (or Cyprus) is coming to an end, so I have some parting shots to share.

And I must name names for you.

So, I recommend Ayios Georgios bay, West Cyprus, the subject of today's snaps.

We were based in Polis north west Cyprus. Polis is the thinking man's Paphos which is in turn totally unlike Ayia Napa. Many of the other pictures come from there.

Also featured has been the Museum at Steni for weird old stuff and the harbour at Latchi for rusting boats, Kurion for pillars and archaeology.

Also recommended is Kathekas, Drousheia, and Argaka for local colour or beer by the beach depending on your bent.

Finally a nod to the Natura Beach eco hotel. Lovely and quiet, family run. This is our 7th visit.

After all this I didn't photograph a Bedford..

Pete
