Snipe with the E-M1

Not in exactly brilliant lighting conditions:

Re: Snipe with the E-M1

Look a bit soft to me.

I thought it was camera shake when I looked at the exif of the first one - 1/80th and 300mm, but the second is at 1/400th.

Are they big crops?

They do look a little soft to me as well. What lens was used?

75-300mm. They look soft to me, although the conditions were slightly misty. I was not getting quite the IQ I expected but it only seems to be with this lens which gives better results on the E-M5. Not sure it isn't the IBIS but I am sure I'll sort it out eventually.

Lovely shots, but there should be a ban on posting EM1 pix until those of us who paid last month have got ours!

Well I'm off to Greece on Wednesday so I won't be posting anything for a week or more. But if all goes well I'll have the odd few to post when I get back.

Excellent reflections there David, how you managed to make it stay so still is beyond me. Maybe that wireless control has more features than we expected
