Family portrait, just for fun

While technically this image is bad for a few reasons, I really like it. It has a certain character a "perfect" image just cannot convey!

Re: Family portrait, just for fun

I absolutely agree - a fantastic picture with real warmth in evidence. I like the way the lady seated on the right (of the picture) is having her glasses adjusted by the baby and trying to ignore it. Presumably that (rather serious looking!) youngster would rather be playing with the duck that seems to think it's part of the family so has made an appearance on the left .

The dog's expression is fabulous - to me, at least, it's a mixture of 'See what I have to put up with?' combined with 'When is the next walk?'

Looks like you have a great family - thanks for sharing .

I agree, sometimes it is about the moment and not the technicalities, great pic.

Perfect capture! There is a lot to be said for before and after posing pictures, almost like the throwing of slates at a graduation.
