Some birds from the past week

Hi

Sharing a selection of photos taken the past week in local wood patches. As you can see a mix of resident and migrants. Spring has come.

#1-5 with the E620 + Bigma
#6-10 with the E620 + Skywatcher + EC14

Amazing clarity and sharpness. Punchy colours too! The combination of Bigma's reach and good light conditions produces amazing results

Very very nice set Tord. I like the Goldcrest, but my favorite has to be the Jackdaw. Thats a magnificent shot! The gnarly mossy old ?Apple tree makes a perfect background. I would be inclinded to cover that bright spot where the twig at the left has been sawn off, to remove signs of human presens. I consider cloning as cheating and will not do so 99% of the times, but this one would bother me, maybe ...

A great set, I think starlings are under rated. Their plumage is amazing.
