Re: Autumn Colours

Great detail John. That's worked really well. Quite different from your normal stuff, is this your experimental phase?

Re: Autumn Colours

So how many leaves did you have to search through to find the right one?

A few - it's a creeper that grows outside my front door and the leaves turn to gorgeous colours at this time of year.

Re: Autumn Colours

Very effective back light and nice result. Have you tried something more translucent, could be another use for it?

Very nice shot indeed. Framed and on the wall, I think :-)

This is a reply that I was sure I had posted earlier but it isn't there anymore! It's possible I looked at the preview but forgot to actually click on "Submit Reply."

Anyway, thanks to all who have commented.

Phill, it's something I dabble with ocassionally, but as I now rarely use the lightbox for viewing negatives or transparencies it's a shame I don't experiment more often. Here's another that I did a while ago:-
