Solar Powered

A shot of my son, Lewis, having a bit of a gallop across the puddles on the shore at Powfoot. It was a beautiful sunset and we were both covered in mud and laughing like a pair of tubes

Ain't photography fun

Greg

Re: Solar Powered

Loads of atmosphere in this one, very nice! The only niggle I have, and its minor, is that the body of your son might look better in more of a silhouette and it would get rid of the noise? Just thinking, still a good shot in my book.

Re: Solar Powered

Thanks Danny

This is a heavy crop of the original which might explain the noise. We will have to go down for another shot at this, it was a scream

Re: Solar Powered

It's a lovely shot & no burnt spot on your sensor?

I like it just as it is with the bit of detail showing his arm. This would look good as a wall hanging.

Re: Solar Powered

A very fun shot with a clever title, Greg.
With all key elements at thirds your composition works well.
