The ex pro charger came with a 240v plug, detachable same fitting as oly type (100-240v input) and also a 12 /24v cigar lighter lead, I had one of these for the em1i and they have interchangeable plates, led displays and they are twin chargers, you can charge the two different types of battery at the same time, I think the usb is just a handy output for charging a phone.

Expro batteries give no % reading but they display the green/red segments ok.

The charger for the em1ii is also a MKii charger but both seem to work ok and if you have the mki charger you may just need the plates from expro, but please check with them first.
OK, just tried to charge a depleted expro battery in the Oly charger but with no joy, it did put some juice back in but less than half after about 4 hours.
so that's a no then.
