The Big Rope

I spotted a great pile of rope just inside the Church porch today. It has a coloured marker taped to it: I suspect it's the Tug of War rope hidden away after the recent festivities.

Anyway I thought it was worth a picture and got the E-M5 down on the floor. This is in fair shade, so the colour balance is courtesy of a previous shot including a reference Grey Card and suitable raw processing.

Re: The Big Rope

A lot of detail there, and the diagonals are strangely soothing.

Have you been using it for pulling birds? 'Cos there's a feather under it ....

Re: The Big Rope

I did note the rope is not that new.

I wonder if I could sell it. For money...?
