Fog on the Tyne(not).

'er indoors and I have just returned from a great trip to the North-east. We've been before but never been into Newcastle.

Four frame pano through glass from the top of the Baltic exchange. Lots of great photo opportunities around all the bridges. More to follow possibly.

Nice shot, not what I expected Newcastle to look like at all. Curvy bridge and curvy building. Looks like a fascinating area, what is that curvy building?

Yes, it is a lovely pano. It also includes the miniature of our Sydney Harbour bridge. Which one was built first? (Sydney Construction started: July 28, 1923, Opened: March 19, 1932)

Re: Fog on the Tyne(not).

Yes it is the Sage. We were lucky enough to be shown two of the three halls by a member of staff.

The main hall. Sound check ready for a concert by the Halle that evening.

The second hall, a student rehearsing for his final music exam.

I was told by someone there that this bridge was started before the Sydney bridge but finished after.

Lovely pano this is one area I have actually visited the foreground bridge looks well close up, a well designed object.

Thanks for that. I would imagine it would have to be quicker with its smaller size than Sydney.
