Little and Large

Were getting a few more fungi up here these days, now place is nice and wet. Here's a couple from the grounds of a local hotel.

Trooping Funnels, these ones were over 20 cm across. I'd forgotten my tripod so I was limited to standing the camera on a bean bag + my woolly hat, or using silly high ISO's.

Re: Little and Large

Thanks chaps.

I agree, the light on the little Bonnet was rather nice. Picks out the colour just right.

Re: Little and Large

The bonnet looks so delicate.

Excellent fungi shots.

Re: Little and Large

Thank goodness for your woolly hat, it did the job for two nice photographs.

Re: Little and Large

Thanks.

I try to always carry my bean bag, together with the woolly hat it gets the cam clear of the forest floor.
