A few from the weekend.

Here's a few more shots from last weekend, all with the E5 and 14-35. RAW processed in LR3.3.

A bit of an abstract or artistic theme this time.

Comments welcome as usual.

Paul

First 2 are my favs! The sharpness and detail in the rope is superb, nicely processed aswell.

I also like the first one and the rusty shack.

Just wondering, did you move the rope or take it as you found it?

Re: A few from the weekend.

Thanks for the comments :-)

The rope was just as I found it, I always try to leave things as I find them, sometimes I'll move a piece of rubbish etc but that's about it.

Nice love the colours textures in No. 2. What was stored in there that the notice was needed?

Re: A few from the weekend.

Oh yes. The rope for me, a nice composition, and it looks bitingly sharp. I bet its a treat for the eyes full size :-)

I'd like to try a SHG lens, but I figure I would need an assistant to carry it for me...

Re: A few from the weekend.

Like the rope shot but I do find the composition rather tight though. It wouldn't make a good print as it stands due to this (something that I always try to think about when I am taking pictures).
