Re: So - How many lenses do you take with you?

The most versatile lens I have is the 70-300. So that's the one that goes everywhere.

I am impressed that over 10% of us just take one lens.. Purist, or Poverty

(I usually take 2, but if I do take just one lens the it's that 14-54 marvel...)

Re: So - How many lenses do you take with you?

I too love my 14-54 and have that as my standard, but often also take the 40-150, or 70-300 depending on how far I'm walking, and sometimes also the 11-22 for wide landscapes.

These often travel in LowePro lens cases attached to my belt, or in a Tamrac Velocity 5 which can either go round my waist, or over one shoulder.

John is getting very good at helping with fast lens changes!

Re: So - How many lenses do you take with you?

I used to hover between 2 and 3 lenses but now with the 14-150 it's only 1 and a much smaller bag.
