Latest toy

I bought this from 7dayshop.com for the grand total of 29.99 inc postage.

It is lighter than my FL50 and is primarily for macro work when I am fit enough. As you can see it has 5 light levels to chose from. I found you need a really good set of batteries to get full power.

These are the shutter speeds I got upon testing.Whilst these are not flash speeds, they are still repectable for such an inexpensive unit.

F8 @ 1200mm ----------- F8 @ 600mm

No light 1/13 ------------- 1/25
one lamp 1/30 ------------- 1/80
two " 1/60 ------------- 1/120
three " 1/80 ------------- 1/250
four " 1/100 ------------ 1/320
five " 1/120 ------------ 1/360
