Sorry Paul if I've put this up before you.

Not quite sure if I've understood the rules, should I post a crap picture to start(perhaps I have).

Anyway lets try church windows.

Re: Shooting contest 2

I have already put this on here in July but it's the only Church window shot I have got....and will get in before Chevvy as she showed me the Church when I popped in to pick up the Bigma.

I'll give this a go as well. Do we get extra points for the number of windows?

Shall we ask the threads to be merged or is everyone better with one thread per shooter?

Re: Shooting contest 2

I think it is better to have a separate thread for each round.

Here is my offering, from St. Giles' church in the "lost" village of Imber. That's "lost" as in stolen - see my old thread http://e-group.uk.net/forum/showthread.php?t=19978 .

Ciao ... John

Re: Shooting contest 2

Ah! Ha! Keith - my old mucker - I shall nay post my shots of that 11th Century glass shot that Sunday, hereabouts

Birdboy IF its about the number of Stained Glass panels - I was at Winchester Cathedral yesterday and Salisbury Cathedral last Sunday so LOTS and LOTS of stock ...

Here is a little bit of glass over the back door in the huge Great Hall in Winchester, taken yesterday ... as it was almost black in the tall and dark hall I has to use flash - as I also wanted detail of the wall and window surrounding areas
