m4/3rds 20mm f/1.7 -v- 25mm f/1.4

I'm contemplating giving up my lovely little Lumix 20mm for the LEICA DG SUMMILUX 25mm / f/1.4 having read such excellent reports about it.
Obviouslly I would be giving up a size advantage but it would be nice to go back to the same field of view as the old 50mm prime. f/1.4 sounds tempting too, especially with the E-M5's capabilities.

Does anybody have direct experience with both lenses? I'd be interested to hear your thoughts and opinions

Re: m4/3rds 20mm f/1.7 -v- 25mm f/1.4

I have just bought a 25mm from a forum member - only had one chance to use it so far - the detail is marvellous and the colour superb. I have the 20mm too - although I rate it better than my zooms I don't think it wowed me as much as the 25mm. I must do some side by side lens tests soon.
i think the standard angle of 50mm equivalent and f1.4 is just so tempting...I'm sure you wont be disappointed.

Thanks Brian, yes I too was instantly wowed by it, it's parked on my E-M5 now and I'm not sure I'm going to be able to remove it easily
Detail when stopped down a little seems to be outstanding with real pop to the image, I've a feeling this could turn out to be a real favourite.
Thanks for the comments by the way
