Looking for improvement This is the e-group critique board. If you post a picture here it will be assumed that you are looking for comprehensive technical feedback - both good and bad, but always respectful. Only post pictures here if you can deal with potentially negative constructive criticism. Anyone is qualified to comment and post feedback, and everyone is encouraged to do so. NB: "Looking for Improvement" is the place to post any pictures you would like advice on improving, no matter how bad you might think they are.

Whats gone wrong.......



This the original Jpeg (I have the RAW). The little boid was some 7 metres away (est). All seemed to be perfect photo, the sun was behind me, plenty of good light as you will see the ISO was 200, and shutter speed was 1/640th at f5.6.




This my processed image, it was quite grainy, and maybe its over processed!! But from the original I expected a super photo, but seem to have only got a very mediocre one...………….

I am here to learn, is the original at fault (camera settings) or is the processing at fault.....??

Looking for constructive comments and help...……….
