Re: various bits

There seem to be more than one Novoflex panorama head in existence, can you post a photo of yours?
Just upload a small photo to the gallery here then link it into your thread.

Great prices on those lenses by the way, I wish I needed a 35mm macro.

Yes when I'm at the computer I will do,thanks ive tried to be fair regards the prices of everything tbh but yet I have been given bids by a few members now for the full lot but with another massive discount.Surely I have priced them keen enough without giving them away? All I want is fair play!!

Re: various bits

As I said in my pm reply to you that I will probably keep it if a quality Manfrotto tripod is only worth £20.

Re: various bits

Items 1,2,3,and 5
all boxed ready to be posted for anyone willing to pay £400inc next day delivery, these were all boxed together to be sent to a forum member but I'm now starting to think they are messing around.im sorry but 24hrs after agreeing a sale and no contact again or payment isn't what I expect on this forum! I've always found people so friendly and respectable on here so it saddens me.Anyway I will split but if not away soon I'm sticking them on a well known site.thought the prices were reasonable.

Re: various bits

Scott yes I agree your prices are reasonable but not very reasonable when most of us know what you paid for them. If you had suggested splitting your profits with Andy minus your costs then I think you'd have got a few more bids.

Phil let me try and explain this as best as I can,my reasons for taking the kit was the E3-12-60mm combo.I explained that to Andy and he was fine with that.So now onto the money side of things.Andy wanted 425 and I agreed to pay postage of 30 on top,not much I appreciate for said kit!! So I've advertised items including a 35 mm macro and fl-50r that I already owned. So the Fl-50r and flash grip sold for 175,let's say I get the 400 for the rest that's me raised a total of 575.Take away 30 for total postage we are at 545.but I've sold a 35mm macro and fl-50r in that price,so roughly by my low valuations they are around 160 for both leaving me 385 net.meaning really ive paid 70 total to get the rest, that's a E3,12-60mm,olympus bag and a tripod.Yip not a bad deal but I haven't IMO took the preverbial either.I have tried to sell pretty low and ive obviously put time into the whole thing also.My question is whst would others have done because lets be honest Andy was inundated with offers some trying to gazump my offer which when all said and done was Andy's price and the first on the table. When I see others making an offer I step away out of respect!! It's not a go at you Phil im hopefully just clearing this up,thanks

Re: various bits

Scott not a problem and thanks for the explanation although you didn't need to it wasn't any of my business. I only posted as I thought my suggestion could get you more sales and benefit both you and Andy and might appeal to users of this site. Its obvious you've been honest and open with Andy from the start so definitely not a case of you exploiting him even though you could have stood to make a very tidy profit. I'm not surprised he was inundated with offers, had I not seen your post first I'd have made him an offer too. It wouldn't have been quite the same as yours though, as Zuiko knows, but you were there first so fair play to you. I was initially concerned that you were using the forum to deal in gear but it's pretty obvious you aren't so no worries. Thanks again for the explanation you certainly deserve some profit in compensation for your efforts so good luck with your sales and hope I didn't add to your stress levels over this.

Re: various bits

Thanks Phil,I may not be a prolific poster on the site but ive been here 2 years and have spent thousands on equipment off forum members and on the whole I have found the gentlemens agreement to be alive and well on this site.So not a chance of me trying to run away with a pocket of cash,I seen the chance to get some items I wanted.Got to say though I'm thouroghly disgusted with the member who haggled over the space of a few days with me and after agreeing a price and detail swap hasn't paid a penny or made contact again,I'm sorry I don't expect that on the friendly forum.Hence why the items got boxed ready to go!! Obviously said person who I will leave feedback for has no scruples.
