Derwent Water panorama

Was playing with Photoshop yesterday and used the Auto-Align/ Auto-Blend Layers commands for the first time. I am amazed at how easy they are to use. This panorama is my first attempt and comprises of five images I took in 2001 with an Olympus c-3030z compact, handheld.

Shame about the banana shaped path. I shall do more when I finally get my E-3! There's a useful video lesson here: http://www.adobe.com/designcenter/vi...op/?id=vid0014

Nice

I haven't been over that way for ages. My mum lives in Seascale on the west coast near Wastwater but we used to holiday a lot around there. Lovelly area, especially when its not full of tourists

Nice image of a lovely area, certainly warrants the panorama treatment. I wonder what a Fish Eye would have made of that location?

I think that path in the foreground is a good metaphor for life - whichever way you go it is an uphill slog!.
