I think Paul has nailed the differences, but also I believe full dual image stabilisation with the 12-100 and 300 will only work with the 5ii (assumaing you have either of those lenses).
Thereís some talk of ď3 axis sync ISĒ with the 10ii, but I donít know if thatís fake news...
