Don't you go exerting yourself just for us... mind you you haven't done badly from a sedentary position.

Sorry couldn't resist, but seriously I hope you are well and seeing lots of wildlife.

best wishes Peter

Re: Communal Dragonfly, Butterfly and Insect photo thread

Thanks guys for thinking of me. What a great club this is, I am doing okay and making progress. The red eye has cleared up and the cornea only has 50-60% ulceration. Eye treatment is 4 times a day. No more itching of the scalp and the vision in the bad eye is pretty good. The only thing now left is the nerve pain and numbness around the eye.

I love the thought Peter of drinking a Gin and Tonic whilst overlooking the garden watching out for monkeys, birds and the beautiful scenery .....being fanned. What a treat

I am doing rather well, 7 weeks ago......

To this today......

Re: Communal Dragonfly, Butterfly and Insect photo thread

I have been looking for the jumping spiders that live on my house walls as the sun has made an apearrance. I was surprised yesterday to find new one and even morse surprised today. These were photgraphed within a few square metres

I think I have seen one of these higher up the house from a window before not close and no chance to photograph. I sadly only had a 1:1 set up fitted so couldnt get very good results.

This I have never seen before and it did not stop for me to get a good shot

This appears to be a Salticus cinulatus that I have shot before

I think it's Heliophanus, probably H. auratus.
