File/directory naming

With my previous Olympus cameras the system would seem to just randomly create a new folder for photos.
But with my E-M1II this doesn't appear to happen: all photos just go into the same 100OLYMP directory. Any info on this? Is there a setting somewhere to have more directories?
Many thanks.

I guess that would be the following (E-M1 Mk II Manual).

Quote:
Page 120
File Name
[Auto]: Even when a new card is inserted, the fi le numbers
are retained from the previous card. File numbering
continues from the last number used or from the highest
number available on the card.
[Reset]: When you insert a new card, the folder numbers
starts at 100 and the fi le name starts at 0001. If a card
containing images is inserted, the fi le numbers start at
the number following the highest fi le number on the card.
When recording data to two cards at the same time, fi les
are numbered under the same rule as for the single card
according to the fi le number and folder number of both
cards.
And on page 132.
