Eastern Spinebill

Another first for me - thrilled to get this one.
The Eastern Spinebill is one of our small honeyeaters, known for it's energetic flight. And they are fast! They feed on the hover, and don't perch for long.

Hi Ed - they are a super little bird - about 12cms - and very acrobatic. Great to watch. Thank you for replying.
