Flowers, at random

We've been having alternate rain and sun, though I'm horrified to hear of the cold temps the UK has been suffering through. Am hoping a poppy might brighten things up...
All photos are from the E-1 and 12-60

This is the flower of common ice plant, a parasite here that overruns everything in vast mats...but quite beautiful when it wants to be.

Have no idea what this is, but is popping up all over.

Yesterday took my chest cold out for a walk in the rain, found lots of Douglas Iris to photograph...

This was a bit of a challenge, is a blended focus stack with the wind whipping things around so had to paint out a lot of double images.
