The start and the end of the day

I didn't want to get to work too early so took a detour after dropping the better half off at the station and took this with the E-510 and kit 14-42:

Early morning looking west to Inverness, the Kessock Bridge and beyond to the tops of the Glen Strathfarrar Munros

Then, on the way home this evening there was some good colour over Urquhart Castle:

Steve (Stoates) and I are meeting up again tomorrow morning so we will hopefully have something worthwhile to post tomorrow evening.
Enjoy the weekend
Iain

Fantastic No.1, contrast of the blue skies and yellow lights is very good. Not too sure about the trees in the foreground of No.2.
