Red Wattlebird

Not being able to get out much at the moment, photo ops are limited, but I took this through the kitchen window of our resident wattlebird. One of our larger honeyeaters.
It is a juvenile as the red wattles are not developed fully, but he seems to like peering in the window at me, whilst I am peering out at him!

That's a very lovely shot of the Wattle Bird Lyn. I hope you will be able to get out into your garden again soon.

Hi Ross,
Thank you - I am coming along nicely (if a bit impatiently!). Glad you liked this little fellow, he is a regular visitor to the bird bath and we are quite fond of him.
