I have been naughty !

I have been feeling a bit better so went out and visited the Profoto show in Dublin yesterday. And was very naughty I looked at a Fuji XT1 to see what StephenL talks about.
The staff were very good they let me try out their cameras with a selection of lenses. They even suggested that a new? long lens may be coming out in the summer. And presented me with a Fujifilm Photo Sample Book showing shots from a range of their cameras and lenses.
I can report I am still very happy to be an Olympus OMD E-M1 user and am looking forward to the NEC to try out the 40 - 150mm 2.8f lens.
Two other companies Canon and Cansen also had goods on display one selling large cameras with white lenses the other selling printing papers!
The guy from Epson printers was bored so he ran me of a number of A3 colour prints from my SD card at no cost.
I dropped Jill off with my daughter in Dublin for a visit, bit special as we are looking forward to the birth of our first grandchild in April so a bonding mum / daughter session was in order. ( to say nothing of the brownie points). Glad I got that out of my system!

Sounds like a good day out - and you resisted the lure of Fuji!

The 40 ~ 150 mm f2.8 is very attractive, but I am more interested in the new ultra wide angle pro zoom that is supposed to be out soon.

Ed,
I bet you won't be able to resist the 40-150 f2.8 once you've tried it out.
