How can I tell a MkI and MkII 14-54 apart?

As per title, there's a one on Ebay and the seller can't tell which it is.

Mk2 has the blue ring around the nose of it like the 12-60 does

It also says 'Mk II' on the barrel!

Just checked. Just says 'II' next to the aperture designation.
