Maybe you'll arrive home only to find your bags packed and waiting on the doorstep......

Re: Why don`t computers have breathalyzers built in?

Well I seem to have got away with it . Luckily the lenses were both sent in a plain cardboard box wrapped with that security tape, so so far so good! but there is no way I am going to risk going to the pub again this weekend

Now before you open it and thrown the packaging away take some careful measurements and get something that fits that package size

Don't spend too much though, or she'll suspect you are feeling guilty about something!

I really doubt if you have got away with anything.

Somehow I suspect a wry smile and an assumption that boys will buy toys. In the next few weeks (years/decades) you are going to have to work really hard to make it up.

Well, James, how are the lenses? Have you dared to use them yet? And is it still a covert operation?

Re: Why don`t computers have breathalyzers built in?

Had a good laugh.. at the end of the day, we get out toys.

I used to store all my lenses and camera in a metal box with drying agents inside..Lately, I got one of those new electrical dry box with a see through door. That's when the problem starts. The dry box was not really that full till the arrival of that E-PL1 (twin lens) and then an old E-510, 14-140 and the box was full Mrs gave the ultimatum!! NO MORE STUFF or else...

So now in order for me to get more stuff, I have to sell stuff. I only hope she did not catalog what I have inside

Re: Why don`t computers have breathalyzers built in?

I am just trying to work out why our wives dont like us buying new lenses and have come up with 3 possible reasons....
1) They think that the more we spend on lenses, the less they have to spend on handbags and shoes.
2) They get great joy out of making our lives as hard as they possibly can.
3) Canikon have a very large female fan base
