yes afraid so, the Sony kit fits into a very compact bag and suits my needs, I've got an A6000 with kit lens coming as a second body and small travel kit. The A6000 and A7R2 can use the same lenses (although the A6000 is a crop sensor camera) so it makes sense to keep it all compatible so I can mix and match as I want.

It was my intention to run 2 systems, the A7R2 + lenses as my main kit and the m43 as a compact travel kit, but in the end the Sony stuff packed into such a small bag anyway it isn't a problem to carry about at all.
I've just bought an A6000 + 16-50 kit lens to compliment the ff setup and also as a second (backup) body, as both bodies can use the same lenses (although the A6000 is crop sensor) it makes more sense than having 2 different systems (Sony and m43).
So it is with a slightly heavy heart I bid farewell to m43, it served me very well, but things move on.

Re: Heads up sale EM5 Mk2 and lenses
I think you'll miss this forum! I haven't yet found a Sony one that has knowledgable people or doesn't have an irritating proportion of trolls. I still maintain a Nikonians subscription because there are such a great collection of people there.
We all have a different balance of needs and perceptions and I do perfectly well understand your decision.
Sony FF plus m4/3 remains right for me for the moment. After quite a reasonable trial I found the 6300's handling so inferior to that of the E-M1 that it wouldn't be viable for me as a travel/street option, my neck and back can no longer comfortably carry fast FF lenses longer than around 100mm, and it's only for low light work and some landscape that in real life use I 'need' a sensor larger than m4/3.Regards,
Mark

I am saving for one of the new telephoto lenses otherwise I might have been interested in some of your kit, but stay in touch Paul it would be good to meet up again soon; good luck with the Sony gear.
