This came up way back when some of us wanted to use DxO with the E-600 but it would only accept E-620 files. The answer is that you need to use a Hex Editor to change the camera type in the raw file and was IIRC found by Tordan58. A suitable Hex editor is XV132 which can be downloaded here

It's quite easy to use, just do a search for E-300 in a raw file and change it to an E series camera like E-3 or E-30 that is supported by DxO.
