I think with the benefit of a side by side comparison, mine looks more processed in places but Mike's has less feather detail (unless that's just artefacts! ) and a bit more noise.

The hawk shot demonstrates that good light makes a big difference for noise and definition even at the same ISO, though I think that image was significantly sharper to start with.
