On the basis of what you said in the OP: "My usual photography is out and about stuff, so street, action and small amount of landscape" I'd go for the cheapest solution with 5 axis, that being the EM5. Lens selection is somewhat independent, as all u4/3 lenses work on the cameras mentioned. I've seen good used EM5's going for c200 and you should be able to sell it on without much loss if you change your mind. (I think I paid 1k when I purchased new, so wouldn't dream of selling with the value so low - it gets some use from time to time as the need arises).
