thanks for that to be honest i have had to push the ISO up to the Max 3200

to achieve 1/500 as the lighting at some of the grounds is very poor at Pro Games i can get away with ISO 400 as the lighs are much stronger and more of them , i just wondered as if i am at the far end of the pitch then i cannot reach with the 50-200 and cannot use the 70-300 due to the speed
