Alastair Campbell was asked on Newsnight why the Government should listen to a 100,000 people demanding a second referendum. When he was in Government with Tony Blair over 1,000,000 people marched to protest about us going in to the Iraq war and he ignored them.

He went very quiet and had no answer.
