You're running out of excuses now Chevvy!! Beamish, Seaham E-Group event (24th June), Newcastle Gateshead Quayside, Sunderland Airshow (20-22 July), loads of fabulous castles and old Halls, Hadrians Wall, desolate Pennine landscapes, fabulous open beaches & coastlines, fresh air, no traffic (well slight exageration!), Westgate Hill motorbike shops (http://www.westgatehill.com/), etc., etc. and, of course, quite a few welcoming E-Groupers! Must be a few flights north from the south west (http://www.skyscanner.net/flights/so...m=1207&rtn=1)? Sorted!

By the way Garrie, on the railway theme, have you been to Tanfield Railway (http://www.tanfield-railway.co.uk/) or Bowes Railway (http://www.bowesrailway.co.uk/), both just a few miles away from Beamish. Well worth a visit when next in the area if not and would really suit this style - Tanfield is always a joy to visit with so much to explore and plenty of steamy atmosphere!

Regards
Chris
