FWIW I recently bought an E-M10 Mkii for under 300 from Camera Jungle. I upgraded from the Mki version. The only makor feature the Mkiii has is 4K video which I have no use for and the latest JPG processing which isn't that important to me as I shoot RAW+JPG.
The Mkii has 5 axis stabilisation.

I agree with the poster above that the larger lenses are likely to unbalance the E-M10 body unless you add a grip too. My largest lens is the cheap plastic 40-150 and it feels slightly silly on the tiny E-M10.

If there's an E-M1 Mki available to use I would start there and then decide if a smaller body is comfortable after some practice.
