YouTube fulfils all the key requirements I have and I can't justifying paying for Vimeo as long as YouTube is free. In fact YouTube can earn a small commission for us.

Yes, Vimeo may have a playback quality advantage over YouTube, but I do see smooth content on YouTube so it may simply be that my editing skills need to be refined rather than switching to Vimeo.

Fair points Ian. I'm no YouTube/Video expert either but hopefully you'll find an answer!
