Yes, I PX'd the 12-40 to get a 12-100 and I'm delighted with the swap.
Prior to getting the 12-40 I'd used the 4/3 12-60SWD and so I missed the longer FL. This meant that on my hill walks I needed to take both the 12-40 and a longer lens. Now the 12-100 provides all the working range I want on these outings.

I seldom used the 12-40 wide open, and find that the Dual-IS easily compensates for the slower max aperture. In my experience the 12-100 IQ is as good if not better than the 12-40.
