14-42mm EZ Pancake vs 43 14-42mm

Hi folks,

I have an E520 and the two kit lenses (plus the 9-18mm and 70-300mm).

I am just about to buy the E M1 and may opt to use my 43 14-42mm kit lens on it with an adapter before I can afford to buy a 12-40mm.

However, I am wondering how the pancake compares to it. Who has shot with both and could say?

Obviously the pancake has weight and size advantages, which are not to be sniffed at - but how about IQ?

Of course, if decide to still have a lightweight lens for some outings after I get the 12-40, I could always consider a prime pancake...which one then?
