Make an image backup of boot volume to external harddrive before upgrade and make another immediately after. If the upgrade goes pear shaped restore the former. If you need a 'factory reset' later...

Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalisation -> Task Bar & Navigation -> Navigation Tab -> Check 'When I sign in go to desktop'

Have just tried 70-300mm in pretty dim light up to around 110mm focuses pretty smartly above that it struggles often not succeeding. The lens does of course have an AF/MF switch.

I think this may be a bit overstated. Install Photo Transfer App on iPad and you only need web browser on PC or Mac - no software required on desktop/laptop and done wirelessly.

Since Updater had previously told me that the lens (12-40 mm) firmware version 1.0 was up to date I felt it would do no harm to follow all the suggestions above 'just in case'.

We have had Truecall for 2 years now. Worth every penny. In the last 7 days it has logged 24 'nuisance' calls - not one has got through to us.

I am not sure that many of the computer dialled...
