Re: October 2019 Photo Challenge: Beer

Thanks for your kind comments John and I am glad you liked the shot. It was taken in my local in the mid 70s. I had noticed the suns rays streaming through the windows on previous visits and thought...

Re: Honestly, do you like autofocus?

As someone who made quite a good living as a wedding photographer using a RB 67 Pro SD as my main camera for many years I know that these are capable of producing excellent results. My comments re...

Re: Honestly, do you like autofocus?

In answer to Richos question, I am well aware that there are digital RFs, I own one, namely the Fuji XPro1 coupled with six Fuji XF lenses. Superb and at a fraction of the cost of a Leica. Out of all...

Re: Honestly, do you like autofocus?

Here we goes again. Let me ask you two questions Steve. 1. Why did men like HCB and the rest use cameras like the Leica RF back in their day? Answer. Because it was the best available to them at the...

Re: Little black number with a red carnation...!

Henry you are most certainly not "off". I would think anyone reading this particular review would be dissuaded from buying this camera from the accompanying images. Soft as the proverbial. I to have...

Re: The only reason I want an M1X....

Be careful what you wish for. My XT2 has the joystick and to me its a complete pain in the butt. Far too easily moved accidentally between shots so needs constant checking to avoid OOF shots....
