Re: E-M5 III reviews

I have just watched Gordon Laing's initial review of the camera. He seems very impressed by it and thinks that the delay in launching it might have worked in its favour as it is fully competitive...

Re: Problem with MC-20 2x Teleconverter

No, I don't think there is an update for the converter. You will have to remove it to update the lens on the camera.

Re: More Interest in M4/3 Recently?

A lot of the birders near me are into digiscoping. They already own nice Swarovski scopes and most of them seem to use m4/3 cameras as the (expensive) Swarovski adapters are readily available. The...

More Interest in M4/3 Recently?

I have noticed that recently there seems to be more interest in m4/3 equipment from users of other formats, especially from bird and wildlife photographers.

There have been quite a few threads on...

Re: Kinglets at close range

Wonderful images of these tiny birds Tord. It is hard to pick a favourite as they are all good.

I saw one with a really bright orange crest in the middle of a tit flock yesterday but it was too...

Re: Communal Bird Photography Thread

Excellent shots of a great bird Phill. I assume they were taken with the 40-150 f2.8 and MC-20?

Re: Communal Dragonfly, Butterfly and Insect photo thread

I am not very good at identifying dragonflies but I think this is a male Migrant Hawker. If anyone thinks otherwise I am willing to be corrected. :)

Hello Deer!

An uncropped shot of a very confiding young Chinese Water Deer at Strumpshaw Fen. This one obviously hadn't read the deer behaviour handbook.

E-M1 II, 300mm f4 and MC-14.

Trials of being a Kingfisher

It was bright and breezy at Strumpshaw Fen yesterday and I watched this Kingfisher perched on a post being buffeted by the wind. After about ten minutes it suddenly dived and returned with a long...

Re: Whinchats

Thanks Peter. They were perching on the old net drying posts in north Lowestoft, which are disintegrating fast, so there are plenty of old rusty nails. I have a feeling that they won't be there for...

Re: E-M1X 1999 at LCE

LCE group are approved Olympus dealers and the camera comes with a five year warranty. 1999 is a very good price but the camera is not for me at any price.
